All smart contracts, including any transfer of ownership that may occur within any unique NFT, are conducted and occur on a decentralized ledger within the associated blockchain network. DapDap does not have any control over the smart contract and does not make any warranties, representations or warranties with respect to the smart contract.

You also acknowledge and agree that the listing of any NFT given away on our website does not constitute any express or implied endorsement by DapDap of such services, products or the credibility of the issuer. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of any such third parties, nor shall we be liable for any damages you may suffer as a result of obtaining information from the Issuer or any other interaction with any other third party, including wallet service providers.

NFTs gifted through our Services have undergone limited testing and should not be used in conjunction with mission-critical devices or applications. Any performance specifications are believed to be reliable but have not been verified, and you must conduct and complete all performance and other tests on the product alone, with or installed in any end product.
